StypeX Limited was founded in 2022 by Pat Bulcock & Claire Plant with the belief and conviction that there is a smarter, more efficient & comfortable way of working.
With a wealth of experience in the construction, agricultural & forestry industries it became clear that there was a gap in the market that allowed owners/operators of machines to put their own individual stamp on their equipment along with making the job site a safer and more efficient place to be, whilst at the same time being a comfortable place to sit.
We are the UK importer for MittX Light Bars, EMA Excavator Attachments, Gjerstad S-Type Quick Couplers and stocking agent for Lazer Lamp Work lights and we continue to source items that we feel are missing from the UK market that would be of benefit to the end user. As the industry continues to change and evolve it is important that we do the same, if not keeping one step ahead!
Having spent years in the tiltrotator industry working with forward thinking individuals/companies we have done our best to select and continue to search items that we believe offer the highest level of performance and reliability that you the consumer deserve.
Meet The Team
Founder
Pat Bulcock
Pat has been in the construction and agricultural industry since 1997 starting off with a sales role for Burgess Agricultural, followed by various positions with large construction machinery manufactures and Dealers. Encompassing, Terex, Benford, Volvo CE, Atlas Copo, Manitou and Engcon AB, up until 2009 where he was the motivation and driving force behind Steelwrist UK Ltd.

Claire Plant
Claire has had a very varied and exciting career so far. Starting her journey with 8 years as an Equine Event Rider in and around Beligum and France. Upon returning to the UK, she started her corporate career as an Optical Account Manager for companies such as Kodak and Nikon.
Joint Statement
Both Pat and Claire have always been fully committed in providing nothing other than a first-class service. Appreciating customers have invested in a product, they deserve nothing more than the best support and back up.
Their values remain the same with StypeX Ltd ensuring that the end user is looked after. They continue to source high quality products that they believe the UK owner/operator will benefit from or at least have the opportunity of experiencing.
In addition to the products StypeX Ltd currently offer, we will continue to expand our portfolio as and when the right products or concepts come along.

I have known Pat from his time with Engcon, through the time with Steelwrist and now with his new project StypeX. Pat's passion for innovative, new and market leading ideas has always been one of his great strengths. This is backed up with an in depth technical knowledge of all things diggers. Pat has been involved with suppling and installing equipment on all our excavators over the last decade, including setting up our latest Mecalac skid excavator with a wrist, especially on the programming side, with a very keen, if not slightly obsessive, attention to detail, making sure everything is perfect.
It is a shame Pat no longer works at Steel Wrist, as he was so good to deal with. His new business will be a success because Pat has the passion and knowledge of the industry. Such a genuine man, always give brilliant customer service.
